This past November 26, I had the thrill of completing the Florence Italy Marathon and the opportunity

to travel through Italy for two weeks.  The experience was very impactful for me and reminded me that

life is all about passion.

The Italians are passionate about everything - their food, their friends, their family, their music and the

list could go on and on.  I personally believe we can learn a lot from the Italians about how to live and work with more passion and spice for life.

Within financial services especially, I believe we must ignite a sense of passion, a commitment to taking action and not let fear keep this industry and its leaders from making the difficult decisions that will keep their businesses viable.  I will continue to drive our clients towards finding, living and working from their points of passion - nothing else will be acceptable!
